Betty was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products, and invaluable in helping me decide which products were right for me in 3 separate applications. After ordering, it didn’t take long for the window treatments to be shipped and Betty promptly had them installed. I was very impressed with every step of the process and especially with Betty. I will be using her and Made in the Shade for my next window project!
